| David Mauldin, a
graduate of the University of South Carolina, served as a band director
for twenty-five years. During his tenure at Hartsville and
Laurens District 55 High Schools, his bands were awarded over 150
Superior ratings in marching and concert competitions. Mauldin's bands
have performed in the London New Year's Day Parade, the Atlanta Summer
Olympic Ceremonies, Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, and across the
southeastern United States. Now an Assistant
Principal in Laurens, SC, Mauldin is a recipient of the National Band
Association's Citation of Excellence and is a Hall of Fame member of
Phi Beta Mu National Band Fraternity. He is active as an adjudicator
and as a clinician. |
